Well, Schumer said no to that, so we'll see how that goes in the Senate.

My prediction (Very flawed) remains that House/Senate pass the spending bill on Dec. 22 on everything BUT a DACA fix, and that the fix will be negotiated in a separate, parallel track.

If they do it separately thry have to know there’s a big risk of Trump vetoing it

Trump has been recently talking a lot about dv lottery and chain migration. He said he would end both. If he gets just one of them along with border security I very much doubt he would veto.
