They should've bundled DA to that tax bill.

If the people in congress had any balls they'd bundle all the legislation into one big ball of legislation and pass it all. However, they aren't ballsy.

Maybe Flake might vote no. Possibly Murkowski, Gardner, Graham and Collins (though probably not).
And there is also the fact that McCain who won't be present for the vote.
