Btw while this is going on about ~150 DREAMers from 20 states are meeting with Congress over the next two days:

Today, DACA recipients from across America are in Washington, DC to meet with their Members of Congress to urge them to pass a legislative solution to #ProtectDreamers by January 19th.

He most certainly will. He even agreed to Feinstein's suggestion that they pass a clean bill and then do comprehensive immigration reform. McCarthy had to intervene and tell him that they needed security. He is a rubber stamp president and the Republican establishment is being disingenuous by attempting to bring him into negotiations. They are just using him as a excuse for inaction because they don't want to do anything.
