JUST SAW: staffers take a copy of the bipartisan Hurd-Aguilar DACA bill into meeting to give to WH chief of staff Kelly....

SUMMARY OF WHERE WE ARE:
- NO DACA DEAL yet. But bipartisan #2 leaders + CHC chair mtg w WH COS Kelly now.
- Hurd-Aguilar may be on the rise.

- NO SPENDING DEAL yet. Freedom Cauc ldrs told us they are no's on CR for now. But they met w Kelly last hour.

- 60 hrs til shutdown.

Delaware is a very blue state. He doesn’t need to worry about anything
