At the risk of being selfish, looks like I'm getting screwed over again thanks to an arbitrary age limit on DACA.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

With Biden in office, the prospect of aged out Dreamers looks good (if they go for Dream Act first) and I sincerely hope a resolution for aged out Dreamers like you. There’s a strong chance they might go for outright CIR.

All indications are that the new acting DHS secretary will reinstate all of Wolfs policies that were invalidated due to him not being legally appointed. DACA will likely be targeted before Trumps term is up.
