You can. I used word and created corresponding text box for each section. It is more work though. But, My birth certificate was a little over sized and had some really old school writing. That is why I did it like that. I never even saw that template. I wish I would have it is straightforward.

Hey guys I have a question.

On for 1-821D page 4 they asked about criminal activity. Of course I have never commited any of the crimes they asked about but I have a problem. I have a copy of the packet I sent out and on question 5.d. that asks "Any kind of sexual contact or relations with a person who was being forced or threateaned?" I forgot to check the no box and its empty. Of course I never commited such a crime. I got my biometrics appointment for early march but should I assume that I would have to send out the packet again?

Should I expect an RFE? I'm kind of scared of a denial based on just that

Usually if something is left blank they sent you the paper back. But, maybe they will see it as it doesn't apply to you. I don't think is a big deal.

Another two questions I have, behind the passport photos we have to put an Alien Registration number. What number is that?
1. Application #I-821D
2. Pg #3
3. Q#19 and 20
4. What is your question? I'm currently enrolled in college, what should I put as my last day of attendance?

An A # is what USCIS assigns to you. It is like your file number. If you have never had a previous case you most likely do not have one. Have you ever had a previous case before?

It is usually A and then 8 or 9 number follow. If you have never had one before you will be assigned one when you get your receipts after you apply for DACA, so leave it blank.

You need to be a little more specific with your question.

The order of what?
You need the
G1145
I-821D
I-765
I-765WS
Evidence I recommend you do put it in order
I. Identity evidence
II. Evidence of arrival before age 16
III. Evidence of High school graduation
IV. Evidence that you were here June 15, 2012
V. Evidence of continuous residency
June 15 2007-Dec 2007 Evidence
2008 evidence
2009 evidence
2010 evidence
2011 evidence
2012 evidence

You can do two sheets per year if they cover like January and like November otherwise it might be too much of a gap. Depending on how old you are and how long it has been since you were out of school.
