I already completed this, so why is it saying that the appointment was scheduled.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Please advise on what course of action I should take.
You are not the only one. I had mine on the 15th. I'm still waiting. Have you tried contacting USCIS?

you need to literally get up at 4am and schedule it - typically they have them in 14 day intervals. But you may get lucky and see an opening in a week.

I think it's happened to a couple of people and they have received their cards with no issues. It's still kind of bizarre. Hopefully we get ours soon.

It's a shame because 2 weeks out of those 2 years we get approved for are basically wasted.

Typically you see a card has been produced and then they mail it out ... I don't think I've seen anyone who just got their card.

I live in Omaha, NE. I don't really remember his name because it was a weird name and also because I didn't kind of believe what he was telling me. It sounded unreal since this has been so stressful

I contacted a lawyer today here is what i got:

"Thanks for your inquiry. You are not alone with this problem. Aside from making continued inquiries, including to the USCIS Ombudsman, the only effective way to get the attention needed would be to file a mandamus lawsuit requesting the court to order USCIS to complete its processing in accordance with its own rule requiring adjudication of employment authorization applications within 90 days. Often such a case will settle by having the agency process your renewal DACA.

If you'd like to discuss this with an attorney, please contact us during regular business hours. Our staff can provide you with additional information, our questionnaire, and schedule the appointment.

Sincerely,

Scott"

Seems a little risky in my opinion, have you added yourself to the spreadsheet? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...=2&pli=1#gid=0

Longtime lurker here, I filed 5/31, received a notice 6/5, didnt receive my biometrics til sep 12 and now im waiting. My permit expires 10/2. Im about to go crazy.
I've contacted my congressman (with little luck), the NILC(Jess is amazing) and the ombudsman with zero luck. I managed to talk to a tier 2 rep on friday the 21st and he told me my case would be expedited, then another rep tells me no such thing was made. When on the site it says my request was completed on 9/23. anyone have any suggestions?

At this point I would keep calling and ask for a tier 2 rep, I feel like at this point you have to be aggressive with your case...if you sent you application between 150-120days, paid the fee, and completed your biometrics on time, they have to take that into consideration (even though they don't) there is no other choice but to keep asking about your case. This has to be the most stressful time (at least for me) that we are going through with USCIS.
