Hey guys- quick question! This is really important for me as I have to fill out a job application. When you all received your EAD cards, was the expiration date on them the same as the DACA expiration?

My card is currently in production so I don't know what the expiration will be.

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't speculate because they are approving a bunch of N-400 citizenship applications right now. They do that to allow more people to register to vote. So, they must have shifted resources to do that.

At this point, I am not hopeful of approvals coming in before expiration date but I don't think majority of people will stay expired more than a week or two. That's my prediction.

I expire 10/2. My HR and manager have known about it. Found out today that I only have a 2 week leave before being terminated. Thanks USCIS! Not only will I end up losing my job but will also lose my 401-K matching contribution.

Hi, for me it was the same. My I-821D was approved on 9/9, and when I received the card on 9/22, it was dated 9/9/16 to 9/8/18

Where do you work at? Lowe's? Same shit that's going on with me. I finally got my six months done so I was eligible for 401k and accrue vacation and they told me after two weeks I'd be terminated. So if they hire me back I have to wait ANOTHER six months to get that back.

I scheduled and infopass two weeks from now. Hopefully I'll hear a reply soon.

I'm so sorry hear that. I got approved on the 14 but employer won't take me back until they see the card

Please log in your Sept 28 and Sept 29 approvals guys. I know there weren't that many but there were a few. With USCIS not giving us any consistent information on timing, the data we have is really important.
