I'm a software developer for one of the big three automakers. Its a great job, been climbing the ladder and making a name for myself. Pay is great, benefits are awesome, and my coworkers rock.

check your email you should have responses from them regarding your service requests

got the following:

Latest with my situation
I was DACA approved on 08/25/16
Neither ELIS nor Case Tracker show my card in production
I submitted a SR on 09/7/16 got a response on 09/12/16 Generic BS that if I don't see anything in 60 days contact them again
I submitted another SR on 09/20/16 through a Tier 2 and that still has not been assigned to an officer
I emailed my Congressman on 09/26/16
09/28/16 My congressman and several others sent a Letter to USCIS questioning the Delay in DACA
09/29/16 My Congressman sent me a Privacy Act form to sign and submit, sent it immediately got a response from them saying they will my inquiry on my behalf.

I've been out of work since 08/04/16 this is killing me we are losing everything

Maybe a stretch but the legal advocacy groups will give you some priority if you write them a story of your experience with USCIS and allow them to use your first name.

Is your DACA approved but your EAD still pending?

Just talked to a Tire II officer. He told me that he will send a direct email to his supervisor so he can schedule me for biometrics. Not sure if that is going to work but, what else can I do.....

Thank! So you did your bios and you expire in 2 days?
Did you call USCIS to get your bios scheduled? Do you think the bios were scheduled because it was time for it or because someone from USCIS actually did something ?

I called USCIS basically daily for all of August until the 25th i was able to get some answers, an agent told me it was outside normal times and that I should have received my bio witin 30 days. He submitted a request and I got the notice to have my bio 9/12. Ever since then i've heard nothing, doing the same drill of calling and sending service requests now.
Mine expires in 2 days and this is doing a number on my nerves....I have a really good job that I've been promoted in for the past 3 years.
Not like I have bills to pay and support my family or anything USCIS.

Really wish you the best Maybe all this pressure will result in something.
