Congrats to your sister. Good to see they are still approving people albeit at a much slower pace.

I sincerely hope this letter from those Congressional reps pushes them to start moving on these applications. Too many people are still waiting or expired.

And whoever locked the spreadsheet, can you please unlock it?

"On September 21, 2016, your request to have your case expidited, referral number X, was completed."
I had the same done through a tier 2 agent and yesterday i called and the lady told me that they dont expedite. Im so confused.

Is the egov.uscis.gov site down? When I try to login it states that there is a technical error. Is anyone experiencing this problem? Below is the link.

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/...y2016_qtr3.pdf

So there were a total of 183,844 applications received for the fiscal year( October to June 31st) which would be 367,688 numbers between I-821D and I-765.
05/28/16 BMFPoochie's application is 0900756XXX , so about 48% of the total.
I guess if we didvide the original calculation it will be about right.

And doing all this calculation I just realize how desperate I am for an answer lol. It is kind of funny how desperation alters people. I need my approval so that I can get a life again. haha
Did some number crunching myself, and if my math is correct (which might not be) according to the official numbers posted by USCIS calculating the number between "Accepted to Date" and "Approved to Date" finding the difference between the 2 I came up with 212495 applications (Initial and renewal) collectively still being processed. Let me know what you think. Still a ways to go but taking forever

My EAD ended up going back to USCIS because there was some issues with the P.O Box I used for mailing address :'(. Does anybody have an idea of how long it'll take USCIS to mail me my card again? This has never happened to me before. I had submitted a SR request before because they never notified me that they actually had mailed my card so when I called to request for them to send it again they told me I have to wait until Oct 6 because of the SR that is pending.
My current EAD expires today.

Good morning.

I think I got approved last night/this morning. I am so relived, I went to bed last night, thinking today might be my last day at work.

My 821D still says Received, but my 765 says my card went into production. I will update spreadsheet when I get both approvals/card.

My timeline.

Received May 3
Biometrics scheduled June 9
Bio Done June 30th
EAD into production Sept 29
821d..Pending
Expire September 30th.

Hope to see a lot more approvals soon.

As of June 31st 2016, there were 118,326 DACA applications pending, the line labeled "Q3. April - June" is the total between the initial and renewal. It is impressive that the number of pending applications went from 64,839 in the end of the second quarter (Jan-March) to 118,326 in the end of the third quarter (April-June), to be fair they did receive about 36,000 more than applications during the third quarter, compared to the second quarter.
