hey guys.. I too have been struggling with this DACA thing. heres my timeline
they received it 05/09/16
biometrics in June
DACA expired the 25th of this month but got accepted on the 23rd
EAD..?? still in"production since the 25th"

I am in nursing school and am supposed to graduate in Decemeber.. only problem is I cant start doing my hospital hours until I physically have the EAD in my hand to show them. every week that passess is one week that I could potentially not graduate. its torture!

Call again! They expedited my case without a problem, however I was one of the people who waited for biometrics for 4 months.

I spoke with a T2 Rep today and had him submit a service request since I was notified that I'm losing my scholarship because I cannot prove I will be working beyond 11/11/16.

Update: He says they are working on cases submitted 05/09/16. That's new since we were told cases they are working on are the cases in 04/2016.

Does the case status and ELIS get updated in real time? Or once a day?

Got a call back from a Tier 2 as well and surprisingly he was extremely nice and helpful and told me that my case is in "final review" what ever that means and told me I should be approved before my expiration date (I really hope) I told him that I am at risk of losing my job and home and he offered to look further in my case and he did...So I hope he is right and he also said that Nebraska is currently processing early to mid May. Gonna keep calling regardless.

I waited 4 months and they only scheduled it cause I put so many service requests. LOL I did get an "expedited request completed" 9/23 however, i called yesterday and they said I'd receive a notice it was denied because they dont expedite DACA.
Today is my last day of work. This is the worsssssssst.

If they are working on 5/09/16 apps, then I hope to be approved soon! Thanks for the update.

How come form number I-821D is not available on the e-request website....I recall it was there few weeks ago?
