I got two of those today as well! I guess they are just sending emails and notices out just to say they are doing something.

I hope you don't have to wait long, why November? I would just call until you get better help at this point

9-29-2016 Got an email from ILRC. they have requested that USCIS’s Customer Service Center review my case.
9-29-2016 I contacted the Office of Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez. Got a response fast. Return the case authorization form hoping they can help.
9-30-2016 got this from USCIS
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.

has anyone gotten that generic response from USCIS?
How long was the wait.

Pretty sure the reason for that is that the system wont allow them to put in a service request if it hasn't been 30 days.

Yes, I have received the same response from USCIS. It's generic, so it's useless.

I GOT APPROVED! Finally!

Here is my timeline
App received - June 6th
Sent 2 SR's - July 6th and July 15th (one for each case) about no BIO's got generic responses
Bio's scheduled - August 26 (scheduled for 09/16)
Walk in Bio's - Sept 6
Sent another SR - September 22nd - no response yet
Had IRLC elevate my case - September 27th
Congressman email - September 28th
Congressman replied and I sent the authorization letter - September 29th
Sent another SR - September 30th (this one for my EAD case)
Decided to check because well I am a worried wreck and BAM approved - September 30th
I was going to expire - October 13th.

You guys reach out to every single available source you can and just keep pressing it. I hope you all get approved soon. Thank you guys so much, even though I was a lurker, reading your personal stories really made me feel better because I wasn't alone. Next step AOS through my spouse, but first AP to clear up EWI.

Today my Congressman's office called me to let me know my card is now in production and I should have it in 10days finally I hope it comes sooner I really need to get back to work asap.
