Let hope we get a lot of approvals this weeks, can't wait for this nightmare to be over for all of us.

Update:http://sampan.org/2016/10/immigrant-...ised-by-uscis/
Share with everyone and sign the petition, need all the pressure we can get to put on them to address this backlog issue.

The way this is going, we should have applied for renewal a year in advance...

Mine expired on 09/30/2016. I need to travel by November for business so hoping it starts moving.

Once you received your approval for DACA, how long does it take for you to be approved for I-765 EAD and, ultimately, receive your physical EAD?

Some people are approved within 24-48 hours and others a bit longer. Has your I-821D been approved?

Yes, my I-821D has been approved and my card was in production on 9/26. However, I'm still waiting for the physical card to arrive. I called USCIS and they said that when the card is being "produced", it doesn't mean that it's been mailed out yet.

Okay. You mean actually receiving the card. For most it has been anywhere from 2-3 weeks from approval.

We have the same timeline. Hopefully they'll ship out the card soon

FYI I received my DACA approval notice on Saturday 10/2, which was 11 days after approval. Still waiting on EAD and hoping it gets here by end of the week.

Hey guys,

I've been reading the forums for a while and done pretty much everything that has been suggested to get my case approved but still no luck. I really don't know what else to do. I've been on LOA for a week. Here is my timeline:

Received: 5/11/16
Bio: 5/31/16
Expired: 9/23/16

Has anyone talked to a republican congressmen? Unluckily i'm in his district.
Has anyone had a tier 2 say the case is waiting for the security check to be completed? I did my biometrics May 31st. I feel like that's a long time and nothing has changed from my end. Anything we can do about this?

Thanks,
