Just got a reply from emailing them via ELIS and this is what they sent:

Quote:
Thank you for your inquiry dated September 29, 2016.

requesting information about your Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) package.

Our system shows that your DACA package, which was filed approximately Click here to enter a date., is pending and is within our current processing time. USCIS’ current goal is to process DACA requests within 120 days. You may submit an inquiry about the status of your request after it has been pending more than 105 days.

Unfortunately, agency guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of DACA cases. Cases will be processed in the order in which they are received.

If your previous period of DACA expires before you receive a renewal of deferred action under DACA, you will accrue unlawful presence for any time between the periods of deferred action unless you are under 18 years of age at the time you submit your renewal request.

Similarly, if your previous period of DACA expires before you receive a renewal of deferred action under DACA, you will not be authorized to work in the United States regardless of your age at time of filing until and unless you receive a new employment authorization document from USCIS.

If you need more assistance with your USCIS online filing system account, please submit another inquiry to the USCIS Customer Engagement Center at https://my.uscis.gov/account/needhelp or log into your online account for specific case inquiries and contact us at https://my.uscis.gov/account/inbox.

If you move remember to update your address in the USCIS online filing system or contact the USCIS Customer Engagement Center at https://my.uscis.gov/account/needhelp or log into your online account for specific case inquiries and contact us at https://my.uscis.gov/account/inbox. You must also update your address using our online tool at http://www.uscis.gov/addresschange.

We hope this information is helpful.

They basically just copy and pasted their generic answers since they didn't even bothered to enter in the received date for mine.

Has anyone talked to a republican congressmen? Unluckily i'm in his district.
Has anyone had a tier 2 say the case is waiting for the security check to be completed? I did my biometrics May 31st. I feel like that's a long time and nothing has changed from my end. Anything we can do about this?

Thanks,
What about your Senators? Any of them democrats or pro immigration?

guys, i just got a ridiculous reply from USCIS lollll

"The status of this service request is:

We have received your inquiry stating that your Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) is beyond the expected six month processing period. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is making every effort to process these cases within the stated time frame and hope to adjudicate your case in the near future. However, at this time we cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your request for deferred action.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience."
