Last week a rep told me that it was assigned to an officer. So I don't know what or who to believe anymore. The only solace is that people are getting approved eventually so its not a matter of if but when.
Yes, this inconsistency created by USCIS is unacceptable to say the least. I keep calling and keep getting different answers and information. Can't take it anymore

Same here, i had to keep working even though i expired on the 18th of sept. There's no way i could keep up with any of my bills, let alone helping my family out with their bills if i stopped working. It's going to be a real bummer if they decide to make an issue of it further down the line.

They aren't even being consistent to Congressional inquiry. The person who inquired on my behalf was told NSC was working on April 15th applications...sigh...

Thanks for creating. I signed it. It said that you only have 1 signature so far and 99K to go. You need to create awareness on other threads too for any sort of action.

THANK YOU!
I signed it, and I'm asking my friends to sign it, as well.

A couple of friends have signed it too. It is still showing that only one person has signed it. That's odd to me. Maybe it will update later.

If you can still edit the petition, i would add EAD extensions if USCIS takes more than 120 days. Expedite at 105 days.

Personally, I can't afford to be outta work because of USCIS being so incompetent

I expired and currently at work right now. I was never asked to fill out a I9 form, only a W2 for tax purposes. I have to keep working or I'll be in the streets. Don't exactly know how they'd know considering all those years we all worked without an EAD too and was never really questioned about it much in the initial DACA application.
