EAD expired : September 25th 2016.

I told HR about my expiration a day before it expired. They didn't really seems to care but told me to work as usual. However they needed some document about it being delayed which I told them. I was able to get a delayed notice when I went to my infopass appointment. I had my i765 and the delayed notice stapled and gave it to HR today. I took my time giving them because the vibe of being in the HR department gave me the chills of my current situation.

I've been working since Sept 25. They haven't told me any bad news yet. I just hope that they don't contact me or put me on leave of absence. *knock on wood*

And also, the infopass office told me they were working on mid April cases which was in the delayed notice filled with many check boxes of other options. That there was nothing wrong with my case..but my sister sent her application a week after mine and already got approved and card in hand that took her around 95 days to complete.
Same here 120+days and waiting for bios....

Edit 10/4 - I want to give you all an update I just got a text now saying they updated my i765. I checked case status for i765 and they sent me a bio on October 3rd..I'm not gonna get too excited yet it's been 118 days that I got this bio.

I was gonna do the obdusman today but guess I don't have to now. I'll prolly do it after I do my bio hopefully to speed things up

Application received 5/11/2016

Bio completed 8/1/2016

Current EAD expired 9/30/2016

On a 3 week leave of absence for work

I have made several case requests both online and with a Tier 2 Officer, all of which the results just got me again and again generic emails saying how my case is inline to be reviewed.

I also contacted NILC to elevate my case. I will be contacting my local congresswoman tomorrow to see if they can put pressure.

Other than that this whole renewal has been a serious nightmare. Every time I contact USCIS, I just get nasty responses from both Tier 1 & 2 reps. At this point I don't know what else can be done to speed up the process.

We have pretty similar timelines. Still pending too.

I hope the day is getting close for those who sent around early May. It's been a month after my EAD expired....

So, I just received another service request reply. It is the typical generic message about my application still being in process and that it is still under normal processing time (it isn't). I have no idea what is going on. I have a headache.

I actually don't think it has been approved, regardless of the email I received yesterday saying it was approved. My ELIS or case status never changed. So, I'm going to take my name off of the spreadsheet until I get an actual confirmation from my ELIS account or the case status. I'll be calling a USCIS rep to see if they can clarify anything, because I am so confused.

Our timeframe is about the same. I will have to keep checking back to this thread and see how everyone is doing. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have called all the numbers I could call and nothing plus just generic responses from uscis as others have mentioned. Glad I'm not alone. My card has been expired for a month now.

For those who's card went into production on 9/29. I scheduled an InfoPass for later today. Last time I went they were able to see in their "secured inbox" whether or not it had shipped. Hoping that's the case and that the case status just hasn't updated (I doubt it). Will keep you guys updated

I've made several case request and had my case elevated by both NILC and the other group, can't remember the name. It's so frustrating. I need to find a place to live next semester and can't really request my pay stubs since my EAD expired last Thursday.
