Tell me about it. I finally found a decent job with a good salary and benefits and now it's practically out the window. My job gave me 3 weeks and after that I will be terminated.

It just really sucks how you've done everything right, you followed the right steps and did everything the way they wanted you to. But now you're getting screwed over because of USCIS incompetence, the least they could do is be more compassionate and sincere when they speak to you but no instead you are greeted with no hope and insults.

At the end of the day we're nothing to them, we won't be citizens anytime soon so what priority do we have? Nothing

I hit 105 days this morning, so I contacted NILC this morning. How soon do they respond? I have an InfoPass scheduled for 10/18/16 and have a T2 representative calling me back in 2 hours.

HR emailed...again.

We have similar timelines. I hit 105 days on Monday. Sent a case status through USCIS website. They did not have I-821D as a choice, so I had to submit it through I-765 as "other". Still waiting for a response. I wasn't sure if I could contact NILC yet, since they state we have to follow the steps referenced above first. Please let us know how it goes with the Tier 2 rep and/or NILC. I am starting to get really worried.

I contacted NILC yesterday and they responded the same day.

Has anyone asked for help from Congressman Ruben Hinojosa? If so, how helpful was it?

I just got off the phone with a tier 2 USCIS agent. She looked into my case and told me to disregard the email I received yesterday stating that my DACA was approved. It looks to her that I am still in process. She said it seems like there is some activity in my case, so I should keep checking.

So, guys, I have not been approved. That e-mail totally got my hopes up. So much so that I cried when the USCIS agent told me that it was not approved and still under review. I think I scared her. Lol. I am so sad. It feels like I'm never going to get approved.

Tier 1 Representative was more helpful than Tier 2. My SR was sent to Texas, so I called back and was notified that my case may have been transferred to Texas based on the fact that the SR is now being processed by that office.

I'm hoping NILC is more helpful.

If your case in in fact at the TSC, that actually may be more beneficial to you/us (my service request was also sent to TSC). NSC states they are currently processing I-821D Renewals received prior to April 16, 2016. TSC is currently processing I-821D renewals received 3.5 months ago, meaning that we can submit as many request (if your application was submitted at least 3.5 months ago) without them telling us they "are currently still being processed", giving us that more leverage of telling them it is outside of processing time based on THEIR timeline (as opposed to NSC). So in a way, I do hope mine is at the TSC since they are a little bit more caught up than NSC.
