Finally completed and sent my application package. Thanks and credit to those who posted samples and tips.

Some pics of how mine looks like:

Looks kinda thick, but I thought better safe than sorry, so I ended up including more. Now the waiting begins.

Nice post, it'll give the rest a general idea of what to turn in

No you don't. Some people on here like to include everything from their elementary school pics to god knows. People, this is not required.

I originally looked to see if they had any folders that included the tabs at the bottom, but since I failed to find what I was looking for, I resorted to DIY. I essentially ended up cutting out the little tabs from the item above and stuck them behind blank pieces of paper with scotch tape. Right when you lift each tab you'll see a page that says "Exhibit X Proof of..."

So essentially in order it's, blank page with tab behind, page indicating what exhibit they are looking at, and evidence.

The tabs hold seemed to hold up quite well to the paper, so I'm not concerned they'll fall off or anything. I did want to type the letters rather than hand write them, but I guess I got kinda lazy and just didn't.

Hope this helps.

@nesto90
I think probably not, but since I did everything myself, and since the guidelines did not say how much to include, I just went for a little more. I included some stuff like utility bills and bank statements in order to bridge the gaps between spring and fall term since I didn't attend summer school in previous years.

Basically what I did was: ACCO fasten all evidence together with tabs at the bottom, ACCO Clip'd the forms along with the passport photos and check, put it in a manila folder (wrote name/identifying info on it), put it in express mail envelope, and then the lady at the post office put it in a different packet because it was "cheaper". The cover page lists everything in order. God. They're going to have one hell of a time opening that up, I hope they don't get too ticked lol.

Did you hole punch your application forms as well, or just the evidence and stuff? I was thinking of only punching holes on my evidence and paper clipping my applications and passport pictures.

^Only the evidence and I made sure it didn't hole punch through any information. The forms, photos and check are all clip'd together.
