Man that drunk making headlines again. I just saw this on the Dailybeast article a few hours ago. Needless to say, I'm not particularly surprised she made this move, she's always making tipsy moves like this anyways.

It is within her power, but by choosing a certain category of recent Immigration law beneficiaries, she is defying it somehow, not directly, but indirectly. I believe something can be done, what is the purpose of denying it? She can get sued for this, it is discrimination, no matter what you say. Now that's illegal.

Nah, I don't think Texas will do anything like that.

Texas is (absurdly enough) one of the few stats that has an on-the-books policy regarding in-state tuition for illegals and also various state scholarships (TAFSA).

I highly doubt Texas would do such thing. A bill may be introduced, but it will not make it.

Austin, Dallas county, Laredo all expressed opposition to SB1070. Such law wouldn't make it, way more hispanics here. Perry is not all against us, he supported in state tuition for immigrants with unlawful status and TAFSA . I like both California and Texas I've lived in both, Cali's too expensive though.

No welfare for the illegals!".

When I'm legal, and hopefully works as a physician, I will not spend one cent that might go to the State of Arizona. As far as I'm concerned, it is not part of the United States of America that I know and love.

Dam, that really sucks for dreamers living in Az. It's bad alone living in the shadows as a undoc, let alone live in Az.

There are other states DACA's can go to get an ID/DL.

god I remember seeing an interview on SB1070 and someone asked her how she'll spot someone who is undocumented and she cant answer since she knows that would reveal what everyone already knew... that the AZ law was racial profiling.

this beyotch was never even elected as governor, she just assumed the job after Janet Nepolitano became Sec of Homeland... and now she's really abusing her power

ANYONE can "be" Hispanic. It's a culture, not a race.
