I don't think so..
The bill granted it passes...it won't go into effect until next year or so. So most likely we are already in the system so they will just switch our category from c33 to provisional immigrant and begin the 5 year period from the time we were granted DACA. It will give us an advantage in not waiting to resubmit papers again since we were already background checked

DACA is under the Dream Act. Those who have been approved for DACA have met the requirements for DA and thus be adjusted/processed for CPR.
