What if it passes both the senate and house only to have trump veto it. I doubt it though with Prebuis and Paul Ryan so close to trump's ear

I personally think Trump would sign something with bipartisan support. He would just be setting himself up for political backlash.

Probably I mean I didn't really pay attention to his rallies, but I know he constantly referred to daca as unconstitutional amnesty and this was his main argument in regards to daca. Does anyone know if this is correct?

If the bill passes, DACA will end. That will make everything legal and constitutional.
