Yes, but this time it's different. Obama will defend us to the end. There is no way Sessions will defend us this time. This is why I respect Obama so much, I think his great heart toward dreamers is genuine. His administration truly cares about us. The drafter of DACA, Janet Napolitano, is still defending us to this day.

I'm thankful that Trump didn't resind DACA, but he is not at the same level as Obama.

Now is when we see where Trump truly stands when it comes to DACA

My theory...it's because of the budget. The government fiscal year ends Sept 30, 2017. Maybe the will attach something for Dreamers in new budget which will force some democrats to vote on passing it if DACA gets suspended.

In the letter it says the suit is pending. So they did sue, it just takes time before the case is heard by the court. If DACA is rescinded they will withdraw the lawsuit.

I'm remaining positive for now, and believe that the administration will act positively towards DACA. Although Sessions can be against it, the President can still direct him to defend it. That, or an effort at officializing DACA through Congress.
