He said he would have final say on the program. What more do you want. If racists fucks want to challenge program in court, they will do so. They have a legal right to do so. Trump cannot implement program if a court strikes it down.
The point here is to wait until he issues something official. But hey...if you want to act like the world is going to end be my guest.

why do we need to wait for official statement from Trump, when the WH official ( Marc Short, White House director for legislative affairs ) says Trump is not going to sign the Dream Act.
