- Democrats and even some Republicans say they won't vote for the Republican DACA bill without including a path to citizenship

- TILLIS, a co-sponsor on the Grassley-Cornyn bill, says he "can’t imagine right now that we would have sufficient votes to pass it in its current form, so by definition it’s going to have to change to get bipartisan support.”

- Even if GOP added citizenship, Democrats probably still wouldn't vote for it because of the non-DACA enforcement provisions. “We can consider some border enforcement issues, but not those massive changes, says MENENDEZ. "They’re going to have to do much better than that.”

- “I don’t support a final resolution without a path to citizenship," says Lindsey Graham, a #DreamAct co-sponsor.
