Yes it is. But we would like the Democrats to change that cycle and negotiate. Both parties are crap, yet some of us still blindly align with the spineless Democrats.

- Trump runs an Ad referring to DACA recipients as violent gang members.
- Republicans still call us Illegal aliens/immigrants.

Swim is right it's on both sides. Yeah democrats are using us for political reasons but at least they paid attention to us unlike the republicans. If republicans really cared they would of done something to give us relief some kind of relief a long time ago . None of us would of had the opportunity to work, go to school, shit even have drivers license if it wasn't for Obama and democrats.

While I do agree this is happening on both sides, there is also a huge difference. The Durbin-Graham bill was actually given the opportunity for both sides to sit down and actually make into a BILL and come into negotiations. The Trump plan was just a LAYOUT of what he was looking for, no one even gave it an opportunity to come into negotiations and compromise and actually make it into a BILL, right away it was shut down, do you really think that’s the right thing to do on the Democrat’s part?

No, it is not, they needs to negotiate and agree to Dream Act with wall funding, end the DV.
The others, including any reduction in immigration, need to be addressed with CIR.

Actually, nothing stops them from passing the Dream Act and getting to work right after on CIR.

Dream Act is DEAD. No ifs or buts. That’s the sad reality and we all need to move on from that. Also CIR is out of the question for now so I have absolutely no clue on what you’re talking about here.

Both parties are posturing. The round panel on Meet the Press thi am, including Tom Brokaw all warned that Dems and Reps want to punt this.

If by your account Dream Act is dead, and Daca terminated, and u don't believe in pushing for Dream Act, stop calling yourself a Dreamer.

Our groups will continue to push for Dream Act with a permanent solution, not a dead-end temporary program.

So let me get this straight? I have to support the Dream Act specifically to be a Dreamer? To quote the Billy Madison movie..

“what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.”

You can support whatever you want. This is a Dream Act forum, not a Daca forum. Incoherent 'idiotic' groups, like UWD, support a clean Dream Act because they do not believe settling for Republican trash bills is a good deal, nor is it to exclude those who qualify for Dream Act.

You don't have to support anything. Keep sitting on the sidelines.

I support a clean Bridge Act at this point.
