trump framework is asking Congress to legislate a bill that removes USC sponsorship all together. If passed and not negotiated then no one can sponsor their parents. It should at best be limited to just us.

Yes. The Durbin Graham compromise does not allow younger US citizen siblings to sponsor parents of Dreamers. I’m assuming they would try to do something relating to chain migration in order to keep them from being able to sponsor them.

I agree, chain migration should be limited or excluded to just us. This is a DACA related issue, keep all that other stuff for a CIR. If he wants to remove chain migration from all USC then that will never fly. I dont think the Dems will give that up for anything to be honest. It sucks that they want to throw hella other restrictions on our bill, nothing will get done if thats the case cuz this chain migration isn't nothing small for the immigrant community.
