Question 9. Country of Residence:

What Should I put there? Is it supposed to be United States or my country of birth?

Thanks!
The country in which you currently reside in. So yes, The United States.

Hey guys, I am wondering whether I should wait for immigration reform to see what happens or should I just submit DACA application? I heard the immigration bill has a penalty fee that we need to pay so I don't want to have to pay $500 for Daca and more $$$ when the immigration bill passes. Any suggestions? Did they mention DACA applicants and whether our situation will differ from everyone else? Thanks.

I would apply for both. There is no guarantee that CIR will pass. That way you can have something. Plus, I am sure that DACA applicants will have an easier time with the CIR process since we are in the 'system' already.

When sending the total fee $465 for my application I read that I have to submit only one Money order instead of two (fee and biometric services) right?

To whom should I make the money order payable?

Thanks!

Yes, 1 money order.

Make it payable to (spell it out):
US Department of Homeland Security

I opened a thread on this question a few months ago and I proved it was a grey area question. About 99.9% of people put US and all the lawyers I contacted said US. I put UK as that part of the form seemed to be asking country of origin questions and the fact there is a drop box which names every country on the planet I presumed it was the country where you are legally aloud to come and go.
I got approved today without an RFE so I guess they accept both. I would however advise you put US.

On the 821D form (And the I765 as well)

Did you all place your mothers last name as your full name on the Name sections? The lawyer that helped my sister and I advised us to place the full name on our birth certificate and matricula. I then explained in Part 7 of the 821D form that my fathers and mothers last names are both found on ny birth certificate and stated which one is my commonly used one (my fathers). Did anyone else have this slight intricacy?

So I got a question,

I'm preparing my little sister's application and my brothers. They are both under 18 and as I am the one "preparing" do I fill up the page 5 (Part 5, etc etc) of the I-821 application?

I'm in no way a lawyer or anything or is that only for law associated people?

So, I have all the necessary documents (proof)(I think) & Forms to submit. I am anxious about the 2 passport style pictures i have seen everyone post about. I have friends who have submitted and have gotten approved without sending the two pictures, this is the only thing missing from mine, should I just send it im, or be caution and send the 2 pictures as well?

Also do we submit 2 different G-11445 or do we just have to submit 1 for the whole case? I also have my Passport (valid) which ive heard is okay as proof of identity and also have my birth certificate but not translated. Can I submit both without translating my birth certificate since I have my Passport already?

Is too much proof bad? Or good? I have almost 20+ pages with proof of me being on here June 15th before & after.

1)I sent in two pictures, but that was back before we realized that people were getting approved without. The cost of the pictures is so minimal that I say if it makes you feel better, add it to your package. It certainly won't harm your application in anyway.

2) You only need to submit one G-11445.

3) I don't see the point in submitting your birth certificate unless you translate it. The copy of the passport for identification should be enough.

4) The only reason 'too much proof' would be a negative is it could take the agent looking over your case longer to sift through all the information. 20+ pages just for proving you were here on June 15th and after does sound like overkill.
