There has to be some sort or repercussion for what they have done.

Yeah knowing how bad this all is really makes it worse, it's a huge problem. So many of us going through hell and they simply don't care. I think the whole not knowing deal is the worst part, cus like you said we know we will get approved given that we meet all the criteria for approval but know knowing when it will happen and feeling so helpless is awful. I been using an app that allows me to check the status of up to 2000 cases everyday just to see if the cases around my case number are getting approved. But given that uscis doesn't approve cases in any given order it's kinda hard to figure anything out with so little data. Gotta keep hoping no praying I guess.

Manager just called me and ask me to go to USCIS and ask for an extension if not tomorrow is my last day. I've read there is no extension for DACA EAD correct?

I'm so sorry and can't believe you are still in limbo while USCIS appears to have completed most applications through April thus far. I'm not sure who you have to get in front of at this point, but I would suggest just keep emailing every day until someone helps you.

Also if they were faster with the approvals they'd save time from fielding all our service requests, phone calls, and inquiries.

For those of us that had the unfortunate fate of losing our jobs or going on LOA, we should use this time to improve ourselves, so when we return, we have more skills to offer. I've been practicing my foreign languages, learning some programming languages, doing more reading, and trying new hobbies. Don't let this keep you down. Let's learn from this. It's a blessing in disguise.

Thanks for the positivity and encouraging words. Although I'm not expired yet, I wonder constantly what I'm going to do if I end up losing my job or take leave of absence. It's been very difficult to be more hopeful and optimistic but I'm very fortunate to have found out about this forum as it has been a great support, mentally and emotionally.

the tracker alone, which is a very small portion of the affected population, is around 125 delayed, combine that with all the facebook groups and factor in all the folks that are not vocal about the delays they are facing.....

yeah, 500 my ass
