Its not acceptable, no matter what excuse or reason they give for all this mess and delays with DACA at this point.

The regular case tracker. Got a text, checked and it showed approved. The Elis one updated a day or two after.

I have not. I'm hoping by the end of the week if not early next week.

I would also like to point out that the guy I was with on the phone said that after your I821 is approved, your 765 form could take up to 90 days to get approved after that. I was like you gotta be kidding me. Talking to customer service is useless. It's one bad news after another.

Very rarely do you get one that seems to care, The ones that take the time to look further into your case. i821d is useless without i765, they both typically get approved at the same time, but with USCIS today who knows.

Honestly it's all just a big fucking joke at this point. There is no accountability for them so why give a single fuck about us?

Quick Question:

I finally got a text saying that my case status had changed (my current EAD expired 10 days ago). I checked both case numbers online, and while my 1-821D has not changed, my 1-765 says that my card is being produced. Has this happened to anyone before and is this any cause for alarm?

Probably not, hopefully it means you are approved! could be just an update issue on their system

It happened to me this morning. On the case tracker it shows my DACA is still under review but my card is being produced but on my elis account is shows my DACA has been approved but not my EAD

Deferred Enforced Departure Extended for Liberians in U.S.
Release Date: September 28, 2016
USCIS Automatically Extends Validity of Employment Authorization Documents

WASHINGTON—President Obama has announced an extension of Deferred Enforced Departure (DED) for certain Liberian nationals through March 31, 2018. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will automatically extend employment authorization documents (EADs) for Liberian nationals covered by this extension of DED. Current DED-based EADs that have an expiration date of Sept. 30, 2016, will now be valid through March 31, 2017. The six-month automatic extension of existing EADs will allow eligible Liberian nationals to continue working while they file their applications for new EADs. The extension also gives USCIS time to process and issue new EADs.
