Then give them debt, paying off debt is an ongoing expense.

Interesting, I put down my expenses in paper, but only give evidences for mortgage and car loan.

Not sure what you need. I don't have a table of contents. Just my application, letters from spouse and mom and supporting evidences.

We gave copies of our car loan, apartment lease, 2018 tax forms, and my student loan debt statement. So, you just wrote out your expenses or gave all of the statements/bills?

I wrote out only major expenses and debt. I put down my mortgage, car loan, and credit card debt. I also mention my spouse is on my company health and dental insurance.

Yeah that previously was okay but seems like these days you need to outright walk them through the evidence.

I got an RFE for my I-360, took apart their arguments, quoted some regulations, and went through the bank records (was like over a year, highlighted expenses, transfers from my ex's father, ex's student loan payments, other purchases I believe were made by my ex, etc), also included ring receipts and various gift receipts. Had trouble getting my tax transcripts (because IRS is fucking closed), so I cobbled up some secondary information, printouts from TurboTax, the cover paper from NY tax return check, found the check deposits on the bank statements.

I pretty much walked through everything like whoever is reviewing my case is mentally retarded because they probably are.

I feel like they’ll deny for anything nowadays. We have separate bank accounts except for joint savings. I’m not on my husband’s health insurance, since my job’s health insurance is cheaper...and my job doesn’t let spouses get health insurance unless they’re unemployed. I guess we’ll give them literally everything and see what happens.

Can you list out all your supporting evidence? That's essentially what the table of contents would be.
