Hopefully your case status will update to approved and maybe your employer can use that to keep you on the job. Worst case scenario, you may have to be fired and rehired a couple weeks later which is what a lot of employers are doing with people on here. Good luck.

Jrpena0716- does there seem to be a trend among June apps? Reading your comment gives me some sort of hope, I too hope I will be approved soon, 3rd renewal, so stressful also afraid to lose job... EAD expires 11/17 and USCIS received on 6/20- Biometrics was done in July. I haven’t been on this forum long enough to notice trends. Have they started approving June dates? Tell me what you think.

TIMELINE:
2016 Renewal
Application received: 6/20/2016
Biometrics: 7/08/2016 (walk in)
Approved DACA- TBD
Approved EAD- TBD
Last ELIS update- "Case is being processed"
Service Center: Good ol' Nebraska

Looks like you have over a month to be approved, you should be okay. I was 6/16 and was approved last week. If you haven't taken all the steps you can after pending more than 105 days, you should. I don't know that it really helps, but I was approved a week after being as proactive as I could be. If it didn't help, it at the very least helped me feel useful.

Well last Friday there were quite a few approvals for May applications between here and Facebook, so with the voter deadline registration coming to an end in some states hopefully they will be shifting the resources back to DACA soon. All we can do now is keep pushing. I have been calling everyday twice a day and asking about my case. I am being extremely polite. I have gotten some kind T2 reps. while it doesn't help much, at least I know I am doing what I can for my case

Man those USCIS workers could care less about us. They sound so unhappy to be working there.

Here is my situation:

USCIS accepted my application on 6/8 but i didn't hear back about bios for months.
I contacted multiple times through various avenues (congressional rep, ILRC, and customer service) until they scheduled my bios for 10/21. Basically a 5 month wait JUST for my bios appointment.

Based on people's experiences, can I expect the rest of the process to go buy more quickly since they took so long to scheduled my bios? This is my second renewal, and I have not been in any trouble, nor applied for advanced parole.

I am coming in to work on a volunteer basis and will receive back pay when this gets settled, but I don't know if my credit cards and savings will get me through if this takes beyond December.

My work permit expired 9/15.

Yes I am still waiting...they received my application May 24th. I send a service request twice and they send this back..."The status of this service request is:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time."

I don't know what additional reviews they need to perform since my record is clean but it just seems like a generic message they send to everyone...
