Is a birth certificate with translation absolutely required? I have a passport, consular ID and a couple of high school ID's that I'm using as proof of identity. My only proof of presence in June 15, 2013 (and the couple of weeks before and after) are cell phone statements, but the phone bill is under a parent's name instead of mine. (It's a family plan, I have my own phone number, and my address is the same.) Is this acceptable?

Do you have any school records? Or provide affidavit so people that know you from 2002 is weird that they are asking you for 2002 that's not even in the requirements that uscis establish. If I was u I would call them and tell them that I don't understand what are they asking for since is not part of whet they required.

Dont mean to sound rude. But why would bank statements be in Spanish? Everything that is not in English must be translated by a certified translator.

A young mother believed that it was very wrong to waste any food when there were so many hungry people in the world. One evening, she was giving her small daughterher tea before putting her to bed. First she gave her a slice of fresh brown bread and butter, but the child said that she did not want it like that. She asked for some jam on her bread as well. Her mother looked at her for a few seconds and then said, When I was a small girl like you, Lucy, I was always given either bread and butter, or bread and jam, but never bread with butter and jam.Lucy looked at her mother for a few moments with pity in her eyes and then said to her kindly, Aren't you pleased that you've come to live with us now?

Although I am scanning the thread, hopefully these can be answered before I have to go through 73 pages

Ok, so after many years and painfully acquiring my GED, I am finally able to apply for DACA. I have a few questions I want to ask and genuinely may be too excited that I missed the answer.

Thanks in advance!

I-765WS - Part 2 - Financial InformationWhen they ask me what my annual income is, should I tell the truth or not? I work (albeit for pennies on the dollar, freelancing and being paid under the table without using a ssn) however, I'd be admitting to illegally working, thus breaking the law.

I-765 - Part 1 - Current immigration status I received an order of removal before turning 17 and don't have any legal status, what's the legal jargon for it? Do I have to directly refer to that?

I-821D - Part 1 - U.S Entry Information 13I initially entered the US at 11, left for a few months at 14 and came back at 15. When they ask me what my initial date of entry, are they asking my entry date at 11 or the 15 years old entry?

I-821D - Removal Proceedings Information - 3B As stated above, I received an order of removal at 17, but never left, question 3b asks me what the status of my proceedings are. I am neither in proceedings nor subject to a final order, so which one of these two reflects my situation? Both are ambiguous enough to be able to fit my case (choices are: b. administratively closed c.terminated)

How do I pay - I was told to pay with a money order from the post office but whom is it addressed to, what is the address and should I pay the full amount at once or only the amount for the forms, then later the amount for the biometrics.
Again, many thanks

Wait so I have to send in affidavits too? Or do I only need it in case I don't have proof of my presence in the USA?

The instructions of DACA and I-821D mention that when you are mailing your app to a Lockbox for Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, you should mail it with "ATTN: DACA"

Says so here,

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...0045f3d6a1RCRD

What's the difference between sending your forms to USPS Express Mail/Courier or U.S.Postal Service address?

Also, where in the envelope do I enter 'ATTN: DACA"
