I have a question, for a while I used my married last name, (which is what is in a some of my proof of continuous presence in the US) but I no longer go by it (never did it legally,) only as a *stage name* for my endeavors - do I have to add it #2 on I765 or at any point? if so how? My (maiden) current last name then my husbands last name? I'll be getting divorced soon and again, never legally took his name but signed emails, had some mail under the last name.

I know this sounds insanely silly, but does it make a difference whether you send your forms in via express mail or regular, in the eyes of the receiver ( I live on the west, so it should only be a few days)

So guys...I got an inhouse suspension from school this year (freshman)
I was wondering if this would affect my application ( applying in 8 days)

Not to worry,I was stupid and wanted to wander and I skipped class,My grades are all high 90's.I currently have kept 3 solid 100's my first year at high school .

I don't think will affect your application. Were the police involved? Were you arrested? It sounds as if the school just handled it since you said you were suspended.
