I am so stressed i swear. I have been thinking of the multiple ways this is going to affect me if i don't get approved before my EAD expiration date. At least it makes me feel a little better to know that people are actually getting their EAD i thought for sure i was going to have to move to a different country and start all over again.

Also Applied for Advance Parole on 8/3/16 expediated the case but nothing
I was supposed to go to this work even back in Sept so i don't know what the hell they're going to say when they see my AP request
Anyways guys best of luck to all of you, we just have to keep waiting and praying we get our EAD on time.

I am still waiting as well, but so are members who submitted between Feb and May.

Submitted: 06/23/16
Biometrics: 07/14/16
Expiration: 11/11/16

I hit 120 days on 10/19/16, but contacted NILC already and was advised that USCIS has been approving cases within 120 days if they fall outside of the Feb to May timeframe.

After completing biometrics should I see case status change from "biometrics was scheduled" to "biometrics completed"?

Hi guys,

Long time lurker here - I included myself on the spreadsheet but I finally decided to make an account and post on here.

My timeline:
Application received by USCIS: 7/20/2016
Biometrics: walked in on 8/29/2016
Expires: 10/17/2016

I was already contacted by HR and was told I will be put on administrative leave until I can show proof that my I-765 has been approved.

I have reached out to NILC but I was told to contact them if I have no action on my case after 120 days of pending. I have reached out to my congresswoman and a congressional inquiry was made last Friday.

I applied for AP last year in November, and traveled to my home country in January 2016 for two weeks for business purposes. I was EWI and was issued a I-94. I included that I-94 on my form, along with a copy of my AP document and a copy of the I-94 printout. I'm not sure if this is is/will cause delays on my case. I've only spoken to one tier 2 rep, and he just told me to call back when my case has been pending for over 105 days. I've asked for a few tier 2 rep call backs, and never received any calls back.

This is extremely frustrating, and it kills me that a government agency has this much control over my life.

That's the same response I was provided by NILC when I hit 105 days. IRLC is now only escalating cases that have expired or are 2 weeks away from expiration.

NILC can escalate my case on 10/19/16 if I am not approved by then. I also have an InfoPass scheduled for 10/18/16. I'm trying to get a T2 rep on the phone again this morning to see if there is any new information, but I'm pretty sure it's going to be the same run around.

Check your local ASC and try to schedule an InfoPass appointment.

It also depends on when your current card expires. If yours expires in January and you applied in July, you should be good.

What do they mean " if they fall outside of the Feb to May timeframe"? Does this mean Feb to May submission somehow got the brunt of this USCIS delay? A friend of mine applied in early May and got her EAD within 2 weeks after Biometrics. I just can't and will never understand their system.

TIMELINE:
2016 Renewal
Application received: 6/20/2016
Biometrics: 7/08/2016 (walk in)
Approved DACA- TBD
Approved EAD- TBD
Last ELIS update- "Case is being processed"
Service Center: Good ol' Nebraska

I am assuming that whatever caused the delay (i.e. system error) was discovered by Mid May. My sister has the exact same timeline as I do and she has been approved for almost 1 month. So, believe me I don't get it either.

I know we have similar timelines. When do you expire? I am hoping there is a decision within the 120 days ( 10/18/2016) this is eating me up. I have an info pass scheduled for 10/19. I will see what they say.

No. It will stay at that status until you are approved.
