Funny thing is last night I sent another email to USCIS requesting some kind of feedback on my case, and now this morning I get an email with an update on my EAD and now case tracker is showing card produced...maybe my email woke somebody up who happened to be dealing with both our cases...but most likely this could just be a coincidence, lol...

The funniest part of all being a DACA person, we literally are treated worse than other similar immigrant categories. All the other deferred action, or TPS people are able to get provisional extensions, etc, but we were blatantly told NO to such similar extension. |

I did everything that there is to do. The senator I've been working with got back to me saying my background check passed three weeks ago so I don't know what else is holding my case up...
