We're cutting it close, but I'm also blindly hopeful I'll get a last minute renewal and all will be well.

Didn't you get a last minute renewal in 2014 as well?

I've seen a guy on here that said he's applied in february and still hasnt been renewed. Mine expires in 4 days. I'm guessing it'll be a miracle if I get approved by then.

Even if it is approved tomorrow, you will not receive your card immediately. Remember, HR will only believe you if you have the actual card on hand.

I applied in March and my current DACA experienced on 7/20. Needless to say, I was terminated from my job.

However, I hope you do hear back soon. It's just a messy situation we are all in.

Last renewal was easy breezy with no delay scares.

That's not an absolute, it depends on your HR person. If you have good communication with your HR and keep them updated, then forwarding them your acceptance email and telling them you'll send them a copy of the new card when it arrives would be enough.

So.. still no BIOs 43 days after package received. Made an e-request and just got a call from Tier II rep who was a bit condescending. She said there was nothing they could do and that only service centers had any say in the process, all they were doing was giving out information given to them.
I told her how so many people will lose their EADs and subsequently their jobs to which she replied with, "you applied to DACA, there's really no process nor timeline for you." Da fuk does that mean. I'm done. $85k job + company car + paid internet on the line here.
