I did my biometrics on 8/03. I should've known it was going to be trouble considering it took them three months to even send me a bio appointment. I am going to call again.
So far I have called USCIS, submitted three service requests (although I heard someone say it might counterintuitive since it spams your case or something like that). I have also tried to get my case elevated by NILC, I gave them my info and they have been silent, so I don't they were able to help. Today I am planning on calling USCIS again.

Hi, they only updated the case tracker. I expired on 10/6/16. I updated the spreadsheet. Keep positive trust me you will receive something soon.
