Update on DREAM Act Students Arrested in Sit-in at John McCain’s Office

According to Juan from DREAM Activist, those arrested are still in custody but are expected to be released later today. Originally they were told that the undocumented students would be held for 48 hours in local custody and then turned over to I.C.E. This will not happen. That position was backed away from and the protesters will be released and have a court appearance in June.

Can't we all do it in front of the white house to make Obama pass the Dream Act? These four dreamers have a great idea, but we should target Obama or the white house because they are the ones who have the power to pass it. Anyway we can't just let these four fellow dreamers take all the heat while we just wait and hope that they can do everything for us.
