No one asked about how to prove being in the U.S. on the specific date of June 15th. (Edit: For those who aren't working and have completely school, school records would not prove being in the U.S. since. Similarly, financial records are nonexistent.) This is a huge issue that needs to be addressed.

No one asked about whether someone with both high school and college degrees would be able to apply. Hence, would such person be required to enroll again in further education? (I know there is a qualifer "or" in the education requirements, but the way the guy was speaking was as though one needed to be in school currently).





Jesus. All that people asked about was DUI.

Sigh.
Can you pls comment further on what was said about individuals with a DUI, any hope ?
