I don't understand what is all the hype about DA_User's identity.

What has he/she done/ typed that is making everyone so curious?

For all you know, if he/she told you he/she might have to kill you. =p Just kidding!

For the record, being old as fuck doesn't make you an "original dreamer" as you are so apt to describe yourself as.

I suspect he came here on some sort of student visa (from India) and knowingly overstayed.

I don't know but I think they set the age specifically at under 16 due to the current regulations setting that as the standard for a child including immigration purposes for children.A good example of this is that Children adopted for immigration purposes have to be under the age of 16 and another example is that most states if not all have the age of consent at 16.

Thank you!

I hate that description, like seriously wtf is a "original dreamer" suppose to mean? Diminish the rest of dreamers for being latecomers (or in his limited vocabulary.. younger than 30)?

Just irks me. I'm over 25, but damn I know everyone else on the same boat is suffering the same (more or less).

So what happens if Dream Act does not pass in the next 4 years? There will be Dreamers over 30. Then what will you say?

The Original Dreamers are from 2001 who have kept the Dream alive as of today.
