She can't, virginia is about to have a lawsuit on their hands due to the REAL ID act saying EADs are okay for driver's licenses. Besides the law in arizona probably allows EADs as well, Executive orders only have powers in gray areas. By that logic that she targets only specific group would allow an anti-mexican governor to ban all mexican decent citizens of getting papers as well. Besides, being granted deferred action makes you legally present in the US, therefore the the whole SB1040 doesn't even apply even if some crackhead court would say its okay for Arizona to be autonomous state.

Still, can't wait to see a commercial declaring how much of the state's money did she piss away on SB1040 and DACA lawsuits.

Unlikely, most states seem shy after the SB 1070 ruling to challenge federal conventions on immigration. Plus Florida has a pretty large and vibrant immigrant base that could fight even more harshly then the Arizonan undocumented population that sadly has been chased deeper into the shadows.

Plus Florida has an image to defend as a job creating state and haven for immigrants. An image Arizona has pretty much all lost.

There's a theory that I read in an article that Brewer might have done this move so the congress could challenge Obama on DACA...I mean with Lamar Smith and Krikorian stating it was illegal, or a breach of law. A lot of people are saying Brewer will likely be taken to court for this move, but do you guys think it will affect DACA policy if questioned? Can it be challenged?
What do you guys think?

btw...here's the article...the theory is on pg. 2:

Jan Brewer, the RACIST Governor of Arizona (the "Show Me Your Papers" state) is at it again.

She was not happy enough with her signing into law the Racial-Profiling, Neo Jim Crow Law, SB 1070--which is an all-out attack on Hispanics in Arizona.

Now she is fighting the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) with every prejudiced bone in her RACIST body.

Her hatred for Hispanics and Latinos knows no bounds!!!

Here is a poster that pretty much summarizes her political views and governing history:
