Im starting to lose patience with the mods for moving this to taking action on one of the most important day.. When will you guys understand that majority of the people first visit the lounge forum? Im creating a new post in the lounge

I know we want to keep everything in the right section but the reality is people just pay more attention to things in the lounge than something in the taking action section.

I do understand what they are saying.. but now is NOT the time for this to happen..

I wasn't the one that moved it BUT I can say this: If you guys really want to have the call lists in The Lounge, then for the love of God, tell the rest of the members to stop making extraneous posts on The Lounge. I was also "losing patience" when I logged in to find A PAGE AND A HALF of new posts/threads. That was a bitch to clean up and honestly, there were about 3 different call lists going on for THE SAME DAY.

If you guys can get a grip on the rest of the forum members that are on during the day [most of the mods can only log in at certain times; I pretty much log in during the night, for example], then you can have your call lists.

Also, please LIMIT the call lists to two a day. It is a beautiful thing to finally see our forum work as a team but it makes no sense to cram ONE BOARD with a crapload of posts/threads.

And please, have some respect. If a mod moves your post, don't be respectful and say "Oh well I'll just post it again". We already had this argument before. It is rude and really childish to exhibit that kind of behavior.

I [along with the other mods] do not understand what the difference is with keeping threads in their place. Both boards were created for a reason. If you guys really have THAT big of a problem with it, by all means, work around it [maybe add the link to the current call list thread in your signature, for example].

And by the way, next time someone tries to repost something that was moved it will be deleted. If you have a problem with the moving of your post, PM us and let us know and it will be moved back if there are good enough reasons. Don't take it upon yourself to override the rules.

This is not the first that a topic was moved despite objections from other members.. Look at the lounge average views, and look at the average views for taking action, they speak for themselves... It is ridiculous to move probably the most important topic of the week to this section when you know people barely read it. Someone asked before where is the first place you go to on DAP, and you had majority people saying the lounge.... As far as not being able to have a grip of controlling calling lists during the day because there are no mods.. There is a simple solution appoint another mod ,there are bunch of people that are here during the day that can be trusted like mblu, taskgirl,lilbawler2001 and many others

The objections are usually from the same members [not saying there is anything wrong with that, I'm just stating the facts]. If you can find the thread in which new members have said that the first place they check is The Lounge, please link it here.

An added mod may be a temporary solution but the truth of the matter is that things get WAYYY out of hand in The Lounge when it comes to call lists. If we can limit the lists to two a day, no one will have a problem with it. When you start spamming the board with the EXACT same call lists, there is a problem.

There is NO reason why people cannot check both boards. If your logic is true, they would've already seen the big argument that erupted over this and started checking both The Lounge and the Taking Action board. Again, this isn't to change anyone's opinion on the matter, it's to state the facts.

I stand by what I said and I know at least one other mod agrees with me. There is NO reason why The Lounge needs to be as cluttered as it was a couple of days ago.

Its simple. Just keep Dreamact1982's official call lists in the lounge. Give his posts more leeway because he's the calling leader.
