Which court? Supreme Court?

Well, I am of the opinion that everything happens for a good reason. Maybe this will make the administration finally get to work and work on getting a bill! The advantage we have is that the program has been successfully running since 2012 and that the Trump administration hasn't voluntarily terminated it. I think Dream Act stands a good chance right now.

It's all up to Trump now. If he lets the outside hardcore conservatives pressure him then he will crack but he must remember the promise he made (Fighting the establishment). He needs to hold his own. It's as simple as that. He has made his intentions clear by not touching DACA.

The difference is that DAPA never went into effect. DACA has been going for more than 5 years.

I don't know, a hold may be good, because it puts even more pressure on the President and Congress to pass a permanent solution.

Alright just came back from spamming on twitter and other social media in support of our cause. I encourage all of you to do the same and make aware to the anti-daca folks we have a voice and supporters too!

Tomorrow, I will be emailing my congressmen to aid in our efforts. I really view this as a direct threat to our existence and I am not taking any chances with this. We should all do whatever we can to get the word out and fight for our cause.

So I just listened to video by David Leopold about this on facebook. I was somewhat wrong. They are threatening to add DACA to the lawsuit against DAPA and DACA+ that is currently pending in Southern District of Texas. It will be heard by Judge Hanen and that's not good.

Also important to remember if you are in the process of renewing DACA, continue to do so!
