Plus, they are not voting for "amnesty" so it's safer to come on board and vote yes. Shit blame it on Obama offering a unconstitutional program or something lol

You should be guy/girl! Things were looking really bleak just last week and look at it now. We are in the eve of witnessing something that rarely happens; a congress that for once agrees on something. Of course things are never going to come out perfect but hey it's better than having you application denied and having nothing on your hands.

Of course there is people that are saying "Dream Act of GTFO". For those guys, not everyone is in the same situation. People have permits expiring in a couple of months and for the lack of planning/opportunities might be living paycheck by paycheck with no alternate plan.

NO FUCKING WAY.
This is exactly the same type of fear UWD puts on people. No we are not selling out. Immigration will only get solved in piece meals legislation. If you think somehow mass amnesty will be coming, then you are in for quite a wait. Dreamers will be dealt first and then the others will be dealt second. That's the only way we will get a real solution, piece by piece.

"next time"
"give them time to work something else out"
"they need more time to work on a solution"
"there's always next mid terms"
"there's always the next president"

can you imagine what we could accomplish if we actually pushed for RACA, instead of letting politicians figure out what's best for us?

Border wall won't get approved. Period. It would be a huge downer for dems to let it happen. That's why none of the other proposed bills have a real chance. BRIDGE act only. Again. IMO

Exactly. Immigration is one of those issues that needs to be dealt with step by step. I personally think all 11 million will never be legalized due to the rift in political forces. However, we have to take our victories in small bits. But people just want it all today and that's it...sigh.
