That's an unrelated press conference. But we might have a preliminary deal being agreed to by the end of the day.

I read the tweet, I'm not sure how to interpret it. they mean they r going to have a deal or to meeting for a deal at 3 pm?

There is a meeting between the senators that always fight for us at 2 then a meeting between the senior members of both parties at 3. Both will be to try reach a deal both parties can get behind.
