Here is the math on tomorrow’s procedural vote. Sources expecting Graham/Flake to flip to yes. They were noes Friday. But with McCain out, they still need 12 Dem yeas to hit 60. They got 5 Friday. Can they get 7 more? Multiple sources have said they get into high 50s. Who is 60?

Yea they need to hold the line and use all the leverage they have. Today showed the GOP is slowly cracking (on Senate side at least) and now is not the time to give in.

Flake does not matter in this debate any longer. He has no principle. He flipped on the tax vote; he's flipping on the CR without Dream Act.

He is retiring this year so he won't suffer any consequences for his vote either way. Which means if he really stands for Dreamers he can withhold his vote to ensure that Dream Act can pass with the next spending bill.

As for Graham...I don't have anything to say.

Early intel from the Senate is that enough Dems are leaning towards taking this "deal" for it to pass. @ajentleson

What 'it' to pass? Dream Act? CR? What?
