No it would not. Lifetime Learning Credit has nothing to do with this. This looks like is referring to is sort of welfare/public benefit type of credits and I'm afraid Earned Income Tax Credit may be a part of it but definitely not any education credits.

Probably. We'll have to see what the final version of this will be, if it's even gonna be something that becomes active.

Don't worry too much about it though. This would affect literally everyone (making the plausibility of this law pretty low), because no one just *starts* out making enough money that they didn't take things like EITC on their taxes.

That flabby orange SOB canceled DACA claiming he was kicking it back to congress to do better. It was obvious then as it is now, he has no intention of doing anything to help us. Everything he has done so far is to sabotage our cause with the intention of running with the talking point that it's the Dems fault why nothing is being done on immigration.
