Hey so my card expired last week and it's now being produced ��. Any one know why my deferred action still hasn't updated?

May I ask when you had filed for your renewal?

October 3rd was received and i did my bio on November 2nd.

Why did yours take so long after bio? Did you have any run-ins with the law?

no nothing. i was just one of the unlucky ones.

hey Guys , just got my renewal approved , maybe they catching up on old applications. i got in touch with my congresswoman about 2 weeks ago , don't know if it helped. I feel much better now, my card was going to expire 04/15.
For you guys that didn't get approved yet I know it sucks but just hang tight , your time will come .

I was able to a walk in bio today. Yay!

Application sent Feb 28th overnight
Accepted and routed to NSC: today 3/7
I got the email and texts all at the same time.
Expires 5/7/17

Did my math wrong. Should have sent it earlier.

How normal is it that I did biometrics 12/28/2016, and haven't heard anything?

My last renewal was turned in late, and I got the acceptance back late.

This time I did it on time, submitted on 11/21/2016

I have the Nebraska service center.

EAD expires 4/9/2017.

Seems normal to me did Bios Dec 8 and haven't been approved yet. The people that got approved quickly must of been lucky because it definitely is not normal to get approved in a month time. Friend did his bios a week before me and was accepted in December 2016 oddly. Both are apps are/were in Nebraska service center. Next Friday will be 120 days when I could give them a call or w/e. My EAD expires in a month and have some job interviews next week sucks.
