Yup, I am one of them; I graduate this May 19th, 2012, Summa Cum Laude. But, the ARMS Act would be a means to an end.

I would say it's more a means to a beginning; if you know what I mean

Or Democrats could amend to allow nonimmigrant student status as part of the act instead of lawful permanent residency without giving a clear path to permanent residency straight from the nonimmigrant status outside of what already exists. It's a win-win for everyone involved (except some egos).

Well let's just see where dis goes and try to get atleast this passed. Those who serve in the military become citizens faster so those who do join would be great help for those who don't.

Anyone think that if this thing passes in the House, that Durbin might "amend" it by attaching the college portion of the DREAM Act to it?

If you really want something you go out there and get it by any means you can. I got a family to look out for. I don't want my sister to be stuck like I am and I want to get my mum proper healthcare .

Then this bill is dead on arrival. And not because of Republicans.
