When I was around 13 years old I got caught stealing a $4 product from a walmart store. I did not get arrested or charged but i was taken to the security room and they got all my information and treated as a minor. I dont remember if they took my fingerprints and was only issued a ticket my mail. Should i write it down on the application and explain my situation or should i ignore this?

here do a background check if it appears there then you have to explain. otherwise if it does not don't throw yourself into a snake pit.

okay then you can tell them then. and even is they don't find out you were still a minor so they will excuse. it's just childhood petty theft.

ok im new to this i have a few questions. my stepdad file for me back in 200 i believe but due to my mom being married to my dad and she not having the correct paper work they voided her marriage to my step dad and close the aplication. on form i821d on 3a. i believe we had gotten a letter of deportation(to my understanding) back when i was young. but we never left... what should i answer. also i been working at a high school for the last 6 years with the social provided for me when we file. will this affect my application. also where should i send the money order to?
i feel i should ask a lawyer like my sister did, but she file about 2 months ago and all shes gotten is the letter indicated that they recieved the application. it seems that mailing it in is much faster. what should i do any ideas??

You need a lawyer asap before you do ANYTHING!!you have a very complicated case and you need a lawyer that will , god forbid, represent you in case something goes wrong and they won't approve you (cause then not only you, but your family as well will be in trouble if they send your application to ICE).

Yes just make sure to provide info about your expenses in order to show your necessity for a work payment. For example; expenses for food/education/transportation/cloths/ bills etc' that your parents pay money out of their pocket for you. You should also mention, like i did, that you would like to show pay for tuition and use your degree in the future.

I saw some people include 2 identical passport photos when they send the form. Is that required? I read through USCIS guidelines but didn't find where they mentioned about it. I print copies of my passport and driver's license with my pictures on them as proof of identity. Should be enough??

i personally sent it usps priority $5 - $6 with tracking, but thats because i live a few hours away, i sent it to the p.o. box but would suggest you send it to the direct address, if using either method. it'll be quicker, because who knows when they decide to check their p.o. box mail

either way make sure and get tracking.. & signature if you want to feel better about it
did you write the address exactly the way it appears on the website? or did u add attn:daca on the envelope?
